Perdido Street Station - Interview With the Weaver
One of six artworks commissioned by Night Shade Books for their edition of Perdido Street Station by China Miéville. Subterranean subsequently took over the publication of this book which includes, not only the six original paintings, but a new gatefold interior illustration and a new cover.
China had very specific ideas about how the Weaver should look, but he was cool enough to let me go my own way.
