Originally commission by Star for the cover of a novel by Graham Masterton. Also used on the British Fantasy Society's edition of Manitou Man, The Worlds of Graham Masterton in 1998.
Also used on two German and one French book cover, and 'copied' for use on the video and DVD versions of Stephen King's The Stand. It also found it's way onto a Spanish book
